Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

Elevate your chicken dinner with these stuffed chicken breasts. Filled with a delectable mixture of spinach, feta cheese, and garlic, the chicken is then seared and baked for a flavorful and keto-friendly main course.


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach and feta mixture.
  4. Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet, sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
